The ukulele is fun, easy to play, and a great way to kick start a musical life! Fun songs that kids love to play, and and an educational approach that imparts elements of melody, harmony and rhythm on the little instrument that can unlock a musical universe.
Neal Kassanoff, who will be leading the lessons, is an educator, song writer and band leader who has provided ukulele lessons for over a decade, providing group lessons and private lessons, as well as managing and training a team of teachers. Children will have an opportunity to learn the instrument, develop their note reading skills and carry forward a lifetime of musical enrichment that is at once challenging and joyful.
Ukuleles will be available during lesson time. We highly recommend purchasing one, and Neal is happy to provide guidance.
